The team wanted to reinforce their strong visual beacon with their usual tong-in-cheek humor. We discover the beloved sunrise bursting through a penciled window, hand-drawn with a 90’s alternative feel or transformed into the RASSVET RRSC (Random Russian Skate Company), an inside joke born from a skate-forum comment towards the team.
Furthering their ambition of putting forward emerging talents, the team commissioned famous Muscovite graffiti artist, and long-time friend of the brand, CAPTEK to work on a few special designs. From this partnership comes a range of powerful visual pieces from t-shirts to sweatshirts, hoodies, beanies, and caps, boasting child-like characters come to life on the soft jersey fabrics, or endless reiterations of the brand name in a calligraphical overpowering web.
SS22 pursues the team’s desire to present a complete skater wardrobe and includes two new knit shapes as well as a comprehensive selection of pants with wider fits for optimal comfort as well as double knee shapes for durability. Workwear pieces, including jackets and trousers, conclude the offer.
